WHO WE ARE
The National Council on Black American Affairs (NCBAA) is a council of the American Association of Community Colleges (AACC). NCBAA evolved over 40 years ago, during a time of great social, political, cultural, and educational change in the United States. The Northeast Region of NCBAA serves as a collaborative voice, promoting the academic success of African American students, faculty, staff and administrators geographically located in Maine to Maryland, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands.
